In 2016 we put into service our first shopping center “Gorky Park” with total area 38 000 sq.m.
We had to make it the best within our segment, so we collaborated with “Hoff” -the first hypermarket for furniture and household goods in Tatarstan and “Lenta” – the first food hypermarket in the city.
The shopping center was highly appraised by the market profs and nominated for CRE Awards 2017.
We erect up-to-date and challenging property and not only support but also predict trends, so it’s not only ordinary trading platforms, that we implement in practice, but also we materialize the philosophy of future shopping.

The company has a plan for construction of superregional shopping-and-leisure center in Pavlikhin Street, that will be the largest one in Kazan with total area of 130 000 sq.m. Architectural solutions and concepts of the facility are unique both for Kazan and for the region in whole: odd bionic architecture; spacious and fair interior; innovative forms from federal and international brands; fashion-operators , unique for the city; accessible roof area, used for arrangement of the most updated and interesting leisure and entertainment facilities, which occupy 30% of the property total area, are recent tendencies in retail property not only in Russia, but all over the world.
